Vizlix Solutions ("we", "us") is a software architecture and digital engineering agency. This policy explains what personal information this website collects and how we use it. You can reach us at the email address shown on our contact page.
What we collect
When you send us a message through the contact form we collect the details you type: your name, email address, company (optional), phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the service you are interested in and your message.
We also record your IP address with a form submission and with sign-in attempts to the admin area, to prevent spam and abuse.
This website does not use advertising cookies. The admin area uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep authorised staff signed in.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and keep a record of our conversations. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
The only cookie this website needs is a sign-in cookie used by authorised staff in the admin area.
If you choose "Accept", we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate region). We do not load it if you decline. You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies and does not track you across websites, to count visits.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website: web hosting, a database, email delivery, and image storage. They process data only to provide those services.
If you click the WhatsApp button, you leave this website and your conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, limited admin access and rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care.
Children
This website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
